Welcome to the ADA Accessibility Submission Form, courtesy of Miracle By The Bay. If you have concerns or issues related to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), you can report them here for action by the City of St. Petersburg ADA Coordinator.

Please fill out this form to submit your ADA inquiry. Your request will be forwarded to Lendel Bright for review. If your issue falls outside the City of St. Petersburg limits, we will reroute it to the Pinellas County Office of Human Rights to ensure it is addressed appropriately.
